3. Consent & Withdrawal of Consent
Your consent is obtained through clear affirmative actions on our appointment forms and digital interfaces. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time for non-essential communications (such as marketing updates) by contacting our Grievance Officer or using the opt-out links provided in our communications. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal or processing required under clinical statutory mandates.
4. Data Security & Access Controls
We implement stringent technical and organizational security safeguards, including Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC), end-to-end data encryption in transit and at rest, automated audit logs, and restricted access protocols. Access to clinical records is strictly limited to authorized medical practitioners and coordinators directly involved in your care.
